Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Bathinda location, your role will involve providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving complaints. You will be expected to participate in store promotional activities and actively work towards meeting or exceeding daily sales targets and goals. It will be essential for you to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to assist customers in finding and selecting the right products. Collaboration with team members to achieve store objectives is key, along with maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service - Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints - Participate in store promotional activities - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a daily basis - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives - Assist customers in finding and selecting the right products - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of total work experience preferred Please note that this is a full-time job requiring in-person work at the Bathinda location.
