Digital Marketing Manager

As the Digital Marketing Manager at iConcept, an Apple authorized reseller, you will be tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around overseeing digital campaigns, enhancing online presence, and collaborating with various teams to elevate our marketing initiatives. Your duties will include designing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives to increase foot traffic in stores, enhance engagement, and drive conversions across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising. Furthermore, you will supervise the creation of compelling and relevant content for websites, social media platforms, and digital advertisements, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and voice. Additionally, you will be in charge of monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you will closely work with internal teams and external partners/vendors to coordinate marketing efforts, promotions, product launches, and events. You will also be responsible for developing and managing the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI on marketing spend. This position is full-time and includes benefits such as a Provident Fund and performance bonuses.
