Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, managing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships and updating customer records in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales expertise and customer relationship management skills
• Basic technical knowledge of machinery and automobile products
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
