You will be responsible for handling customer communication, lead generation, and client follow-up. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling incoming and outgoing calls to potential and existing customers. - Generating new leads through online research, directories, and databases. - Explaining product features and pricing, focusing mainly on Interactive Flat Panels and Smart Class Solutions. - Sharing quotations with customers and following up regularly. - Maintaining and updating CRM or lead sheets consistently. - Coordinating with the sales team for on-site meetings or demos. - Providing necessary after-sales communication or support when required.
