Inside Sales Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual who can handle customer communication, generate leads, and follow up with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, sharing product details & quotations, and supporting the sales team in conversions.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to/from potential and existing customers.
• Generate new leads via online research, directories, and databases.
• Explain product features and pricing to customers (mainly Interactive Flat Panels, Smart Class Solutions).
• Share quotations and follow up regularly.
• Maintain and update CRM or lead sheets regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales team for on-site meetings or demos.
• Provide after-sales communication or support as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
