Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The Sales Associate will also conduct product demonstrations, follow up with leads, and provide exceptional customer service. Other tasks include maintaining accurate records, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, customer service, or educational services
• Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant experience in the Edutech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
