Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers via phone and email, understanding their needs, providing information about our educational programs, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer records, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.

• Experience in Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience in educational services is a plus
