Job Summary

We're seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and research.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions from our service portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct product/service presentations, demos, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and match them with the right solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
