Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Hyderabad with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining sales pipelines, providing feedback to improve sales processes, and staying updated on product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, and providing feedback skills
• Identifying sales opportunities and conducting product demonstrations
• Ability to maintain sales pipelines and improve sales processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales software and tools
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Previous sales experience in a tech company is a plus
• Any Degree
