Role Description

The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and providing personalized service. Key tasks include managing inventory, maintaining store displays, handling cash transactions, and achieving sales targets by promoting products effectively. The role also involves ensuring the store maintains its visual presentation standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panipat, Haryana.

Qualifications

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
Sales and marketing expertise, including persuasive selling techniques and achieving sales objectives.
Ability to organize, manage inventory, and ensure proper store maintenance.
Basic numerical and cash handling skills to operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions.
Team player with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced retail environment.
Understanding and interest in contemporary fashion trends, with an eye for detail and visual merchandising skills.
Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
