Job Overview

\We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Associate (Interior Designing) to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a vital role in managing inquiries, guiding prospects through our offerings, and converting leads into confirmed projects. You'll be responsible for handling our CRM system, ensuring every lead is tracked, followed up, and nurtured effectively. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, understands the importance of timely communication, and has a strong interest in the world of interiors and design.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage and update the CRM system to track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

● Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries across all communication channels. ● Qualify leads and coordinate consultations or site visits with the design team.

● Present service offerings and pricing clearly to potential clients.

● Follow up regularly with leads to address questions and drive conversions.

● Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

● Generate weekly reports on lead progress, conversions, and client feedback. Qualifications

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can speak clearly, listen actively, and build trust with clients.

● Experience/ Knowledge managing any CRM tools and organizing sales workflows.

● Basic MS Office / Google suite Proficiency.

● A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

● Previous experience in a sales, client services, or business development role.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred, not required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹32,560.35 per month
