As a Channel Partner Manager at ZEISS India, your role involves managing the performance of channel partners to drive order and revenue growth in the Value Segment & Loupes market. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and managing Channel Partner budgets to achieve order and revenue targets - Engaging and monitoring funnel health and progress regularly - Maintaining strong relationships with Channel Partners and providing support to resolve conflicts and challenges You will also be responsible for developing a strong network of Channel Partners for the entire region by: - Evaluating existing channels and identifying opportunities for growth - Onboarding new channel partners as required - Ensuring adequate coverage for the complete region through Channel Partners and their sales force Additionally, you will enable the growth of Channel Partners by: - Creating and supporting regular trainings for new and existing channel partners - Formulating Go-to-Market strategies and implementing them - Collaborating with Business & finance to roll out incentive schemes and track product inventory You will also be responsible for market intelligence & competition tracking by: - Developing regular competition intelligence and engaging with internal stakeholders - Executing digital marketing strategies for higher visibility & mindshare - Planning events & conferences based on KOL engagement & ROI - Monitoring industry trends and staying up-to-date with developments Furthermore, ZEISS in India is headquartered in Bengaluru and operates in various sectors such as Industrial Quality Solutions, Research Microscopy Solutions, Medical Technology, Vision Care, and Sports & Cine Optics.
