Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and walk-ins to convert inquiries into confirmed clients.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, documentation status, and application progress.
Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the team leader or management.
Address client queries and concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated with changes in visa rules, embassy procedures, and travel regulations to provide the most accurate guidance.
