Sales Associate

The Sales Associate at Bells Beach Resort will play a key role in driving revenue through the sale of rooms, event spaces, and other hotel services. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation:
• Actively pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Respond to incoming inquiries regarding room blocks, corporate events, weddings, and other group bookings.
• Upsell additional hotel services such as catering, banquet space, and meeting rooms.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential clients.
• Provide personalized service to clients from initial inquiry through the event or stay, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Conduct site tours for potential clients and provide detailed information on available services and facilities.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure all guest and event requirements are communicated and fulfilled.
• Liaise with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, special offers, and marketing campaigns.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the hotel and generate leads.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the hotel’s CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
