Sales Associate

You are a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate seeking to join our interior design firm. Your passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and ability to drive sales by building relationships with clients make you the ideal candidate for this role. As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include assisting clients in selecting interior solutions, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. You will engage with clients by greeting and assisting them, understanding their design needs, and recommending suitable interior solutions. Driving sales through promoting interior design services, furniture, fixtures, and home dcor items will be a key aspect of your role. It is important to stay updated on industry trends, design concepts, and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized support and effective inquiry resolution is essential. Collaboration with interior designers, project managers, and vendors to coordinate client projects will be a part of your daily tasks. Additionally, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and following up with potential leads are crucial for success in this role. To qualify for this position, a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. You should have 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design, furniture, or luxury home dcor. Key skills required include strong sales and negotiation abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, customer-focused mindset with a passion for design, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and the capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
