ONLY FIELD SALES HINDI COMPULSORY BANGALORE LOCATION ONLY OWN VEHICLE AGE BELOW 30 AS OF 2025 KINDLY READ THE DESCRIPTION FULLY AND THOROUGHLY JOB DESCRIPTION Roles and Responsibilities Reporting to the Team Lead & Branch head you will be responsible for* Achieving Sales Targets of the Regional Office* Site visits along with Live Demos to make the client understand the need of our products and their usage.* Deciding strategies to enhance the sales.* Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to increase sales for the office.* Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.* Arranging advertising to promote the property * Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database* Making appointments and showing buyers around a property* Screening buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price* Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms* Determining clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them* Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing* Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Requirements: O-3 years of experience in any field, with a strong desire to pursue a career in real estate sales. * Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.* Basic understanding of real estate concepts and market dynamics is preferred.* Must possess a valid bike license and have a reliable mode of transportation.* Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
