Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Female)

Location: Satya Sai, Indore
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday – Saturday)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Depends on candidature)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Order Management: Process and track sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Handle sample requests and follow-ups.
Coordination: Act as a link between the sales team, production/factory, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveries.
Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries, provide product/service information, and maintain professional communication.
Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with clients and accounts team to ensure timely payment collection through emails, calls, and reminders.
Sales Analysis: Prepare periodic sales reports, track performance, and provide insights to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
