We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales to achieve company revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and support.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve client satisfaction and business growth.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
