Job Description

The Canidate shall require skilled manpower with a minimum of 3 years of full-time bachelor’s degree education. Additionally, they must possess: Proficiency in typing and documentation Excellent digital skills, including: a. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Out) b. Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) c. Familiarity with other digital tools and software Contract Sales Assistant 1) Fluent in English and Tamil language to read,write and speak. 2) Following up with Distributors / Sales officers for quick resolution of Customer Complaints. 3) Following up with Planning Team / Sos for required sales data as requested by Territory Manager. 4) Should have hands on experience in MS office to work on Word, Excel and Powerpoint as desired by officer – in – charge. 5) Documentation and filing : to ensure proper documentation of all sales correspondence as per the existing file recording .proper organizing should be followed for easy retrieval of files as and when required. Documentation to be done physically and also digitally. 6) Office correspondence: ➢ Drafting Circulars / Letters to Distributors / Transporters / Vendors etc. based on advise from Territory Manager. ➢ Receiving incoming letters and putting up with concerned for further necessary action. ➢ Assisting Territory Manager in understanding letters received from various authorities in Tamil Language. ➢ Maintaining logs of outgoing correspondence. ➢ Monitoring cases where reply has to be sent from Territory Office. ➢ Translation of correspondence from English to Tamil. ➢ Visiting Distributorship and Customer premises. 7) Customer Interaction ➢ Attending to complaints of customers received at Territory Office, following up with distributors for resolution and closing complaints in the system. Checking with customers if complaint attended etc. ➢ Receiving phone calls at Territory Office and guiding them appropriately. ➢ Responding to customer inquiries and complaints politely. ➢ Greeting visitors and guiding them. 8) Record-Keeping 9) Support for Sales Teams/ Territory Managers 10) Meeting Preparations ➢ Preparing agendas and minutes of meetings as required by Territory Manger. ➢ Setting up conference rooms, technology, and materials. 11) Supervision of Support Staff ➢ Coordinating with Distributor staffs or other support staff for daily tasks. ➢ Ensuring smooth workflow in the office. 12) Miscellaneous ➢ Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned by Territory Manager. ➢ Contributing to the efficient functioning of the office. CRC assistant shall generally report for the following shifts operations: • General shift from 0930 hrs. to 1800 hrs. The Candidate will have to carry out job in both the shifts or in night shift also if required as advised by officer.
