Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, your role is crucial in supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the sales team in generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals - Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues - Offering product information, pricing, and quotations to customers - Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Assisting with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment for on-time product delivery - Collaborating with the sales team, production team, and other departments for effective communication and coordination - Maintaining invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation is mandatory - Must possess multitasking abilities - Product knowledge is essential - Good time management skills - Strong negotiation skills - Hardworking attitude - Possession of a two-wheeler and driving license is a must (Travel Allowance will be provided) The company is located in Kodahati, Sonarpur, South 24 (P)-700150 and operates in the plywood industry. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with a salary range of 12,000 - 13,000. The work schedule is during the day shift.
