Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive at ThinkFluence, you’ll be the face of our agency—pitching creative solutions to restaurant owners, microbreweries, and hospitality brands. You’ll help them discover how ThinkFluence can amplify their presence and drive footfall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch marketing retainers, campaign packages, and creative services to restaurants and breweries.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline of high-quality leads.
• Understand client needs and work closely with the creative team to deliver tailored proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals.
• Foster long-term relationships for renewals and upselling.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or client servicing in marketing/advertising, media, or F&B sectors.
• Passion for storytelling, branding, and the hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A go-getter who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,518.21 per month
