As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers celebrate their special moments. Key Responsibilities Active Sales: Proactively greet and engage with all customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through our product range to close sales. Stock & Display Management: Take full responsibility for your assigned counter, including daily stock-taking, ensuring items are displayed attractively, and maintaining cleanliness. Customer Follow-up: Maintain relationships with customers and conduct follow-ups regarding new arrivals, special orders, or promotions on a case-by-case basis. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store-wide sales targets. Qualifications and Skills (Must-Haves) Excellent Communication: Must be polite, well-spoken, and able to talk to customers confidently and professionally. Personal Aptitude: A professional and well-groomed appearance is mandatory. Attitude: A fast learner with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn about our products. Language: Fluency in Hindi is essential. Additional languages are plus. Experience: Prior retail sales experience is a plus, but freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
