Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Lucknow for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various capacities including customer service, managing communications with clients, coordinating sales activities, and assisting in the organization of sales materials and documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a customer-focused attitude.

  • Client Outreach: Craft personalized emails, make cold calls, and schedule intro meetings to nurture leads and showcase our value propositions.
  • Multitasking Support: Assist the team with market research, competitive analysis, social media engagement, and preparing sales collateraladapting on the fly to team needs.
  • Deal Tracking: Log activities in our CRM, analyze pipeline trends, and help forecast opportunities to keep our sales momentum rolling.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, brainstorm sessions, and cross-functional projects, learning from seasoned sales pros while bringing fresh ideas.
