Role Summary:

The Sales and Telemarketing Executive will be a vital part of our academy's enrollment team, responsible for promoting our educational programs, reaching out to prospective students, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role requires an engaging communicator who can build relationships, address queries, and convert leads into enrollments, helping students find the programs best suited to their career goals. Success in this role involves meeting enrollment targets and delivering a positive experience for all prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Outreach and Lead Generation:
  • Initiate contact with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Use databases and CRM systems to manage leads and ensure follow-ups are timely and organized.
  • Identify and qualify leads, understanding each student’s needs and guiding them to relevant programs.
  • Program Promotion and Student Engagement:
  • Deliver engaging presentations and information about courses, faculty, and unique features of the academy.
  • Answer queries related to programs, admission requirements, fees, and financing options.
  • Address and overcome objections to help students make informed decisions.
  • Enrollment and Sales Targets:
  • Work toward achieving or exceeding monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless application process for new students.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Establish rapport with potential students and maintain relationships to encourage future enrollments or referrals.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to guide students through the enrollment process and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Market Feedback and Reporting:
  • Document interactions, track sales metrics, and report on feedback and trends to the marketing team.
  • Provide insights into competitor offerings and prospective students' concerns to help shape future marketing strategies.

  • Communication: Strong verbal skills to effectively convey information about programs and handle questions with confidence.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A focus on understanding student needs and building trust to support their educational journey.
  • Persuasive Sales Techniques: Ability to influence prospective students to consider enrolling and make decisions.
  • Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of academy programs, benefits, and career outcomes to accurately inform students.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems to manage and follow up with leads systematically.
  • Target Orientation: Drive to meet or exceed enrollment goals and stay motivated under performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or admissions, ideally within the education sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Number of enrollments and conversion rate
  • Lead response time and follow-up effectiveness
  • Student satisfaction and feedback scores
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly enrollment targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • sales: 1 year (Preferred)
