Role Overview: As a Sales and Support professional at Xeroy Research Hub, your main responsibility will be to engage potential clients, provide exceptional customer service, and drive growth through effective sales processes. Located in Noida, you will guide scholars and students through service offerings, conduct training sessions, and maintain client relationships to ensure high satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with the production team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services.
