Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales and Support for research writing services and publication assistance, located in Noida. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales processes to drive growth. Daily tasks will involve guiding scholars and students through service offerings, delivering training sessions, and managing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction. The role also includes coordinating with the production team to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to optimize client acquisition and retention
• Ability to deliver Training programs to educate clients and team members on services
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in academic research, writing, or related industries is an advantage
