Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Sales and Services Agent located in Vadodara. The Sales and Services Agent will be responsible for daily tasks such as assisting clients with business registration, providing legal guidance, managing trademark support, and handling domain leasing. Additionally, the Agent will support clients through compliance processes and offer straightforward answers to their inquiries. The role requires customer interaction and direct client support to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.

• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Legal guidance and Compliance support experience
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Sales experience in a legal or corporate service environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
• Familiarity with both Indian and US business regulations is beneficial
