Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Sales and Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. The role involves managing gold loan disbursements ,driving business growth and ensuring process.

Branch Operations:

Manage and supervise all branch activities for gold loan processing, customer service,
Ensure error-free audit and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
SPOC for all audit and resolutions for RCU Gold inspectors incidents

Sales & Business Development:

Drive gold loan growth and meet monthly targets.
Conduct local marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers.
Cross-sell financial products like insurance, savings, and investment plans.

Team Management:

Lead and motivate the team towards the goal
Provide training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures
Work along with all internal departments in the branch for business growth.

Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure strict adherence to KYC norms and loan documentation.
Submit timely reports on branch performance, loan disbursements, and collections.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of gold valuation and loan processing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in local language and basic computer applications.
