Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Sales and Service Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, handling sales processes, and providing post-sales support. The role requires regular communication with clients, preparation of sales proposals, and collaboration with the technical team to resolve any service-related issues effectively.

• Proven experience in sales and service
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and create sales proposals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical knowledge related to scientific laboratory instruments and pharmaceutical equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience working in the scientific equipment or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
