Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales and Service Engineer located in Hyderabad Bangalore Chennai.. The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance & repair services to clients. Daily tasks include conducting field service visits, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring proper functioning of equipment, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Field Service skills
• Proficiency in Technical Support
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair of Vacuum System
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Relevant engineering degree / diploma or equivalent technical qualification
• 3-5 years of Previous experience in vacuum pump or related industry is a MUST
