Sales and Service Coordinator

As a Customer Service Personnel in the industrial equipment/machinery sector, your role will involve acting as a bridge between external customers and internal departments of the organization. You will collaborate with clients and principals to support new business opportunities and enhance client service. Your responsibilities will also include marketing, lead generation, serving as a single point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, managing documentation, and participating in project implementation. Additionally, you will be in charge of stock maintenance and conducting regular inventory analysis to identify non-moving stocks for appropriate action. Setting department objectives/KPIs, reviewing and assessing the performance of direct reports, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, and understanding customer deliverables are crucial aspects of this role. Fluency in English and Tamil, along with effective communication skills, are important soft skills required for this position.
