As a Business Development and Sales Executive, your role involves handling various key responsibilities to drive business growth and success: - Handling business development and sales activities to drive revenue growth and market expansion. - Setting up new vendors for parts supply, including OEM and OES brands, to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain. - Monitoring and ensuring the timely execution of orders to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Coordinating with the hub for material dispatches to streamline logistics and delivery processes. - Compiling monthly sales reports, analyzing performance, and planning future activities to meet targets and objectives. - Providing training on processes to franchise partners for effective implementation and smooth operations. - Building and nurturing relationships with franchise partners, vendors, and distributors to foster long-term partnerships and collaboration. - Drafting business-related correspondence and communication through email to maintain professional and effective communication channels. - Conducting presentations on company products and new developments to franchise partners to keep them informed and engaged. - Engaging with franchise partners to gather feedback on parts supply and address any issues or concerns promptly. - Addressing customer grievances effectively to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Visiting franchise partners to assess performance, address outstanding issues, and collaborate on commercial activities. - Coordinating with customer technical departments to resolve issues related to rejected or held materials through proper documentation. - Negotiating with vendors to ensure favorable margins and cost-effective supply agreements. - Reconciling accounts with vendors in a timely manner to maintain financial accuracy and transparency. - Generating work orders, indents, purchase orders, quotations, and other relevant documentation to support business operations. - Organizing vendor meetings and exploring opportunities to onboard new vendors for enhanced supply chain capabilities.
