Sales and Operation Head

Job Description: As the Head of Sales and Operations, you will play a crucial role in leading and aligning the sales and operational functions of the organization to drive maximum efficiency and growth. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing the overall sales strategy, managing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, driving key account management, and collaborating with marketing for lead generation and product positioning.
