Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Trainee to support our sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves assisting with lead generation, market research, coordination of campaigns, client communication, and maintaining CRM records. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales and marketing team in daily operations and campaign execution.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Support lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication.
• Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate client information.
• Assist in digital marketing tasks such as social media posting, content creation support, and analytics tracking.
• Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and training sessions.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office tools
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
