Sales and Marketing Trainee

As a Sales & Marketing Trainee at our company in Mohali, you will be responsible for supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Your role will involve assisting with lead generation, conducting market research, coordinating campaigns, communicating with clients, and maintaining CRM records. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales and marketing team in daily operations and campaign execution. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities. - Support lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication. - Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. - Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate client information. - Assist in digital marketing tasks such as social media posting, content creation support, and analytics tracking. - Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and training sessions.
