Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ludhiana, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling our specialty chemical products, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes identifying new sales opportunities, developing sales strategies, conducting training sessions, and managing sales processes to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and support customer needs
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in relevant computer software and CRM systems
• Experience in the specialty chemicals or textile industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
