Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sales And Marketing Specialist. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and executing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, handling customer inquiries, providing training on products, and managing sales processes to meet established targets. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience and ability to develop and execute Sales Strategies Experience in providing Training and Sales Management Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Ability to work independently and in team settings Previous experience in the safety equipment industry is a plus
