From planning to handover, ensure timelines, cost-efficiency, and quality standards. Key Responsibility: Project planning, budgeting, and contractor/vendor management Lead day-to-day site operations and technical coordination Ensure RERA, environmental, and safety compliance Coordinate with design, legal, sales, and CRM teams Drive timely completion with clear reporting and escalation framework Must Have: B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering, construction management, or a related field PMP/PMI or equivalent preferred Delivered at least 1–2 high-rise projects (12+ floors) Strong leadership, vendor management, and crisis-handling skills
