Marketing and Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with warm leads shared by the digital marketing team via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Build trust and rapport with potential clients by understanding their needs and aspirations.
• Schedule and conduct site visits, provide detailed walkthroughs, and highlight project USPs.
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and documentation post-sale.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales progress.
• Share insights and feedback with the marketing team to improve lead quality and targeting.
• Represent the brand professionally during all customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate or a similar sales/customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasant, persuasive, and confident personality.
• Ability to build relationships and close high-value deals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp/CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
