Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Goa, India. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing sales training. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
Experience in Training sales teams
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
