Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Gannavaram. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and identifying sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include managing sales teams, providing training to new sales representatives, and handling customer service inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to train and mentor sales representatives
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis (3 to 4 years of experinece)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
