Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Pune. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and conducting market research. The role includes training and mentoring sales staff, achieving sales targets, and developing marketing campaigns to promote properties. The specialist will also be involved in property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
