Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer service, conducting training, and overseeing sales management. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as interacting with clients, promoting Playgro products, attending exhibitions, and collaborating with various teams to meet sales targets.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the toy or sporting goods industry is a plus
