Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat for a Senior Sales and Marketing professional. Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives, managing customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, leading sales teams, providing training, and ensuring excellent customer service. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing strategies to expand market reach and enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management to effectively drive revenue growth and achieve targets
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain and build strong client relationships
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to improve performance and achieve organizational goals
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and techniques to expand brand visibility
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the packaging industry or B2B marketing is an added advantage
