Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Field) to join our team. The role involves meeting clients directly, promoting products/services, and driving sales growth through field-based marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and passionate about building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, networking, and cold calls.
• Promote company products/services and clearly communicate value propositions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and track competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Organize field marketing campaigns, product demos, and presentations.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align field activities with promotional strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (field experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
