We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Representative will be responsible for managing the showroom operations, building strong relationships with architects, designers, and clients, and ensuring smooth execution on-site for product selections and measurements. The ideal candidate should have a blend of sales acumen, marketing skills, and field execution ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Showroom Management
  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the showroom.
  • Showcase furniture, finishes, and product ranges effectively.
  • Maintain showroom displays, product samples, and presentation standards.
  • Sales & Client Relationship
  • Meet and build relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requirements.
  • Prepare and share product presentations, quotations, and proposals.
  • Site Visits & Coordination
  • Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and selections.
  • Assist clients and designers in product selection based on site requirements.
  • Coordinate with the operations and installation team for smooth execution.
  • Marketing Activities
  • Promote Atco Interiors’ products and services to target clients.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Support digital and offline marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Reporting & Targets
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
  • Maintain regular MIS reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.
  • Provide market insights, competitor activity reports, and feedback to management.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in interiors, furniture, or building materials).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and customer-focused personality.
