Job Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing clients to promote our products
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, and emails related to inquiries and follow-ups
• Prepare and send quotations, maintain communication with clients
• Search products/vendors online as per client need
• Support in day-to-day office and sales-related tasks
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year (required) in sales/marketing or a similar role
• Technical Skills:

▸ MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
▸ WhatsApp Web for communication▸ Online product & vendor searching

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a professional work approach
