Job Summary: Aerum is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Representative to drive brand awareness and sales growth for our range of car perfumes. This entry-level position is ideal for an individual with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a desire to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in expanding our retail footprint and ensuring our products reach a wider audience. Key Responsibilities: Retail Outlet Activation: Identify, approach, and successfully onboard new retail partners (e.g., car accessory stores, gift shops, supermarkets, convenience stores, auto detailing centers) to stock Aerum car perfumes. This includes presenting product benefits, negotiating terms, and setting up initial orders. Field Sales & Relationship Management: Regularly visit existing retail outlets to monitor stock levels, take re-orders, introduce new products, and build strong, lasting relationships with store owners and staff. Follow-ups & Order Management: Proactively follow up on sales leads, pending orders, and payment collections. Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery coordination. Marketing & Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute pre-defined marketing and sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns at the retail level. Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements. Market Intelligence: Gather information on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to help inform future product development and sales strategies. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, new activations, customer interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Aerum's product range, features, benefits, and unique selling propositions to effectively communicate value to potential customers.
