Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role includes daily tasks such as engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales operations, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and conducting training sessions for sales teams. The representative will work closely with both the sales and marketing departments to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience with a background in Sales & Marketing
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the industrial flooring and coatings industry is an advantage
