Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Mentor to guide, train, and motivate students and interns in sales and marketing strategies. The mentor will play a key role in developing their skills and ensuring they are industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
• Mentor students/interns on marketing principles applicable to sales.
• Provide real-world examples, case studies, and role-play exercises.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop training materials and programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in sales and marketing to ensure relevant training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students and young professionals.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and sales analytics is a plus.
• Passion for teaching and developing talent.
